Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus pada Toko Ali Computer)

Abstract

Intisari---Ali Computer merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan laptop, komputer, spare part komputer, accesories pendukungnya dan menyediakan pelayanan jasa perbaikan komputer. Selama ini proses pemasarannya hanya berupa penjualan langsung kepada konsumen yang datang ke toko sehingga konsumen yang berada di luar kota atau jauh dari lokasi tempat penjualan akan merasa kesulitan untuk memesan atau mengetahui produk yang dijual sehingga sistem penjualan masih kurang maksimal.

Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut, pada tugas akhir ini peneliti merancang sebuah sistem informasi penjualan pada Toko Ali Computer yang berupa aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode modified waterfall dengan alat bantu PHP sebagai bahasa Pemrograman Web dinamis, MySQL sebagai DBMS, Apache sebagai aplikasi web server.

Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang telah dibangun ini Toko Ali Computer dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap konsumen secara optimal dan toko ini dapat memberikan informasi 24 jam serta dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja, mencetak laporan-Iaporan yang diperlukan seperti laporan barang, laporan penjualan, laporan pembelian, laporan hutang, dan laporan pendapatan.

Abstract---Ali Computer is a store which is specializes sell laptops, computers, computer spare parts, accesories supporters and providing computer repair services. During the marketing process only do direct selling to consumers who come to the store, so that consumers who are out of town far away from the sales location will find difficulties to order or find out the products that are sold, so that the selling system is still not effective.

Based on these needs, in this final script researcher will design a sales information system on Ali Computer Store in the form of web-based applications using modified waterfall method with PHP as a dynamic Web programming language, MySQL as DBMS, Apache as the web application server .

With this information system that has been built in Ali Computer Shop, it will be able to improve customer services optimally and provide information 24 hours and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, print reports such as goods report, sales report, purchase report, payable accounts, and income report.
